This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is written for a holding page, so it is short. We will replace it with a full policy when the shop opens.
Solera House Pty Ltd, ACN 701 923 631, trading as Solera House, based in Sydney, New South Wales. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Solera House Pty Ltd. You can reach us at hello@solerahouse.com.au.
This page does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them, for example analytics or the Meta and TikTok pixels that help us measure and run advertising, we will say so here before they go live.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers who help us run the site and the list:
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that publish their own privacy and security commitments.
We email you only if you ticked the box on our sign-up form. Every email we send identifies us and includes an unsubscribe link. We action unsubscribe requests promptly, and always within five working days. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again by mistake.
We keep your email address and consent record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and for as long as we need the suppression record described above. Technical data held by our host and font provider is kept under their own retention settings.
Email us at hello@solerahouse.com.au to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
We will update this page when what we collect changes, and the date above will change with it.
